'Namgis First Nation (formally Nimpkish Indian Band) operates a wide variety of programs. Annual revenues and expenditures exceed $12 million. Council has taken several steps to ensure that finances are well managed. One key step was to set up a Finance Committee and another was to implement a set of comprehensive Financial Policies.

Every year a firm of Chartered Accountants audits the Nation’s financial statements. The audited financial statements are roughly 100 pages in length. Members may order a bound copy of the audited financial statements by submitting their request by email.

The audited financial statements for the most recent year may also be available on the Indian and Northern Affairs Canada website.
